As a Senior (2006-07): Turned in a seventh-place finish at the A-10 Championships in the 200 free (1:54.83) -- her fastest time of the season in that event... Also used the A-10 meet to post her fastest senior-year marks in the 50 free (24.77) and 100 free (53.72)... was awarded the University of Richmond's prestigious Presidential Citation Award for outstanding academic achievement in 2007... Was named to the 2007 A-10 All-Academic squad.

As a Junior (2005-06): Turned in a 1:53.40 in the 200 free at the Atlantic 10 Championships to earn second place... finished the 100 free with a season-best time of 52.63 at the A-10 Championships to garner third place... helped the Spiders to wins in the 400 medley (3:50.14) and the 800 free relays (7:32.84) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Was named to the 2006 Atlantic 10 Conference All-Academic squad.

As a Sophomore (2004-05): Was part of four winning relay squads at the Atlantic 10 Championships which included the school record-setting 200 medley relay (1:43.90)... helped the team win the 200 free relay (1:33.78), 400 free relay (3:26.02), 800 free relay (7:32.73) and the 200 medley relay... placed third in the 200 free (1:52.86) at the Atlantic 10 meet, which placed her name eighth all-time on Richmond records... swam a season-best 24.52 to place eighth in the 50 free at the Atlantic 10 Championships and came in fifth in the 100 free with a 52.73.

As a Freshman (2003-04): Earned her first collegiate victory in the 100 free against Georgia Southern with a time of 53.79... swam a season-low 52.71 in the 100 free at the A-10 Championships... finished with a time of 24.21 in the 50 free during the conference tournament... tied teammate Maureen Sabri to share a first place in the 50 free (24.99) against George Washington.

High School: Earned four varsity letters for swimming... three-time All Press Area... First Team Cape Atlantic... three-time All Press Area Swimmer of the Year... earned All-South New Jersey honors... named an NISCA All-American as senior... played three years of field hockey, ran track two years and participated in crew two years.

Personal: Born January 27, 1985... daughter of Howard and Becky Bateman... has three siblings.
