2007 (Freshman): Became the first-ever Spider to be named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year ... Also earned a spot on the A-10 All Rookie Team ... Named a Freshman All-American by both Louisville Slugger and Ping ... Earned a pair of A-10 Rookie of the Week awards ... He toed the rubber 15 times last season, making 14 starts and was 6-5 with a team-leading 3.30 ERA ... Was even better against the A-10 with a 5-2 record and 3.04 ERA ...
