2007 (Junior): Took a medical redshirt after having preseason arm surgery. 2006 (Sophomore): Was an Atlantic 10 Conference Pitcher of the Week winner once during the season... Made four starts before ending his season with an elbow injury... Struckout 15 in a total of 20.0 innings and ended the season with a 1.80 ERA... Was 1-1 on the year after falling at The Citadel to open the season, Feb. 17, and later picked up a win against Yale, March 4... Fanned four and allowed just three hits over seven innings of shutout-baseball against the Elis. 2005 (Freshman): Led the Spider starters in winning percentage by finishing 5-2 overall... Ended the season with a five decision win streak... Ranked second among Richmond starters with an ERA of 3.75 in 74.1 innings... Worked one complete game in 12 starts... Surrendered 41 runs on 81 hits and 28 walks... Struck out 46 and limited opponents to a .282 average. High School and Personal: Earned three varsity letters in baseball and two in basketball at Cardinal Gibbons High School... Selected as team captain his senior season... Named Defensive Player of the Year as a senior... Hit for a .409 average as a junior and followed as a senior with a .375 average...
