2006-07:
Outdoor: Ran 1:54.9 in the 4x800 Relay at the A-10 Championships combining with three other sophomore teammates to run 7:37.09 and returned to place ninth in the 4x400 relay... Placed 13th in the open 800 at the A-10 Championships... Took second in the 1,500 at the Lou Onesty Invitational (3:58.67)... Placed 10th in the developmental 1500M at the Duke Relays.

Indoo: Earned A-10 All-Conference honors as a member of the Spiders' Distance Medley Relay... Ran the 400M leg of the DMR which won the A-10 Championship title... Placed second in Mid-Atlantic Track Clash 800 race hosted by Richmond.

Cross Country: Was the Spiders' eighth runner at the A-10 Championships... Placed 11th among collegiate runners at the Spiders Alumni Open... Was also the Spiders sixth runner at the Navy Invitational placing 37th... Placed 71st at the George Mason Invitational.

2005-06:
Outdoor - Led a strong 800-meter class of runners for the Spiders ... earned his season-best 800 relay split time of a 1:54.1 split in the 4x800 relay at the A-10 Championship, where they placed sixth in 7:40.89 ... member of the Spiders 4x400 relay team.

Indoor - Named the Spiders Rookie of the Year for indoor season ... earned his season-best time in the 800 run with a time of 1:57.36 at the competitive Tar Hell Classic ... ran a season-best time of 2:36.35 in the 1,000 race at Liberty Invitational ... garnered a victory in the 1,000 run at Liberty Invitational running a time of 2:36.35 ... with an 800 run of 1:57.91, he garnered a seventh-place finish at the A-10 Championship.

High School:
The 2005 Delaware State Division II Indoor champion in the 1,600 ... two-time state champion in the 800 (2003 and 2004) ... held high school personal bests of 1:56.58 in the 800 and 4:28.71 in the 1,600.
