2006-07:
Outdoor: At the A-10 Championship she placed fourth in the 800 run (2:14.97)... Split 2:14.1 in the 4x800 at the championships leading the team to sixth place (9:15.29)... Member of the school record setting 4x400 relay (3:49.90) at Richmond's Fred Hardy Invitational... Placed eighth in the 800 at the UNC-Chapel Hill Invitational with a time of 2:19.35... Finished in fourth place in the 800 at the Lou Onesty Invitational hosted by Virginia (2:20.10).

Indoor: A-10 Champion in the 500 dash (1:16.54)... First Team All-Conference in the 500M... Member of the school record setting 4x400 relay (3:54.74) at the Liberty Invitational.

2005-06:
Outdoor - Ran on the 4x400 relay which placed second in the A-10 Championship with a Spider record time of 3:49.97 ... ran a career-best 400 at the A-10 Championship to place ninth with a time of 58.34 ... placed seventh at the Fred Hardy Invitational in the 400. Indoor - Ran the 500 in 1:20.43 at the A-10 Championship, a season-best time ... placed in the top-10 in the 500 with a time of 1:20.48 at the Penn State National Invitational.

2004-05:
Outdoor - Was a member of the seventh-place 400 meter relay squad at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 51.24. Indoor - Logged a season-best time of 1:17.97 in the 500 at the Virginia Tech Challenge ... ran a season-best 1:00.62 in the 400 at the Virginia Tech Challenge.

High School:
Placed fourth at the 2004 VHSL State Indoor Championships in the 500 earning All-State honors ... placed second in the VHSL AAA Northern Region at 500 earning all-region honors ... also competed in the middle distance events and was captain of the South Lakes High School team as a senior.
