2006-07:
Cross Country: Placed 12th and was the team's fifth man at the Spider Alumni Open... Placed 19th at the Winthrop Fall Classic running the 6K in 19:32 as the Spiders fifth runner helping secure the team title.

Indoor: Member of the DMR team at Maryland Invitational placing third... Took 12th in Penn State Invitational 1,000 race (2:36.76)... Finished 10th at Mid-Atlantic Track Clash mile (4:23.86).

Outdoor: A member of the Spiders' winning 4x800 relay at the Legacy Invitational in Baltimore... At the Spiders' Fred Hardy Invitational he ran 4:00.01 in the 1500... Was fifth in the 1,500 (4:00.04) at the Lou Onesty Invitational hosted by Virginia.

2005-06:
Outdoor - Accomplished personal bests in two events at Fred Hardy Invitational, cruising to a 1:58.96 in the 800 and a 4:04.62 in the 1,500 ... beat his personal-best time in the 1,500 by almost five seconds at the Loe Onesty Classic (4:00.47) ... helped his relay team place sixth (7:40.89) in the 4x800 relay at the A-10 Championships to claim valuable points for the Spiders with a split of 1:54.7. Indoor - Red-shirted. Cross Country - Ran his best time on the season at the Lou Onesty Invitational coming in at 27:41 ... it was his first-ever season of cross country.

High School:
The 2005 North Carolina state champion in the 800, 1,600 and 3,200 events for private schools while attending Carolina Day School ... also a member of the third place 4x400 relay team ... as a prep junior he won the state championship in the 400, 800 and was a member of the championship 4x800 relay team ... placed third in the 3,200 in the same year ... holds personal bests of 50.1 in the 400, 4:28 in the 1,600, and 9:52 in the 3,200 events.
