Outdoor - Claimed Atlantic 10 titles in both the hammer and the javelin on her way to being named the conference championship's most outstanding field performer ... notched six first-place finishes on the year which included Richmond's first-ever individual title at the Penn Relays with a throw of 153-feet-6 ... had a career-best hammer throw of 182-2 to capture third place at the Penn Relays and also set a new Spider record with the mark ... participated in both the hammer and the javelin events at the NCAA East Regional Championship, placing 15th and 24th, respectively. Indoor - Set a new Spider record in the weight throw at the Maryland Invitational with a mark of 52-6 3/4 to place third ... placed second and sixth in the weight throw and the shot put garnering her team valuable points at the A-10 Championship ... broke her own school record with a throw of 53-11 in the weight throw to win the Liberty Invitational.

2004-05:
Outdoor - Placed first in the hammer throw at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a throw of 164-7 ... logged five top-five finishes in the hammer with a season-best throw of 164-11 ... recorded six top-five finishes in the javelin, and placed 13th at the Texas Relays... four of her javelin throws were regional qualifying marks, including a season-best of 152-4 at the Atlantic 10 Championships ... named the Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week on March 21. Indoor - Finished third in the weight throw at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a season-best of 50-11 ... earned seventh place at the A-10 meet in the shot put with a 36-9 3/4.

2003-04:
Outdoor - Atlantic 10 Champion in the javelin ... qualified for the NCAA Regional Championships with a mark of 142-4 at the Raleigh Relays ... named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week on March 22 after winning the javelin at the VCU Invite ... placed third in the hammer at the Richmond/William & Mary/VCU triangular ... set a personal best 151-3 in the hammer at the Metro Invitational, placing third. Indoor - Won the first flight of the 20-pound weight throw at the George Mason Winter Relays ... won flight No. 2 of the shot put at the George Mason Winter Relays.

High School:
Ranked among the Top-15 nationally in the javelin during her senior year... PIAA State AAA Champion in 2001-02 and placed second in 2003... Placed third at the 2002 National Scholastic Championships ... earned All-District in volleyball.
