2004-05: Outdoor - Claimed seventh at the Fred Hardy Invitational in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:01.17... Earned a 28th-place finish in the 800 meters at the Fred Hardy Invite with a time of 2:01.97. Indoor - Won the 3000 meters at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 8:32.03... Placed second in the mile at the Liberty Record Bash with a time of 4:22.37... Garnered honors after winning the 1000 meters at the Liberty Record Bash in 2:38.34. Cross Country - Led the Spiders in all seven competitions of the season... Recorded four Top-5 finishes including two individual titles... Won three Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week honors... Placed 10th with a personal best 25:12.00 at the Lou Onesty Invit... Ran another personal best in the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships...
